  9. I believe that avoiding packaged foods is a first step in order to lose weight. They will often taste fine, but processed foods have got very little nutritional value, making you consume more to have enough electricity to get throughout the day. If you’re constantly taking in these foods, transitioning to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more electricity while feeding on less. Interesting blog post.
