Rule #1: Keep away from “white carbonhydrate”
You need to eliminate every kind of “white carbonhydrate” out of your menu. You have to understand that every kinds of food such as: bread, white rice, cereals, potato, noodle and fried food is your enemy. If you can keep away from this, you will be safe. Then you are on the first step to lose your weight effectively.
Rule #2 Mix and divide meal in to several small meals
No matter what your goal is to lose weight or gain muscle, the secret of any one that successful in dieting is Mix and divide their meal. Every meal can be built by mix the food from 3 main group:
- White yolk or whole egg
- Chicken breast or chicken’s leg
- Black beans
- Pinto beans
- Soy beans
The more you can eat the foods that I listed above, the more effective result you get. But you need to remember that u should make it as simple as possible. If hang out to eat, you can choose salad instead of fried chip or fried foods. And it’s ridiculous but you can replace rice by vegetables, this’s one the best thing from “low-carb diet”.
Almost people who lose weight by “low-carb diet” complain that this diet doesn’t provide enough energy. It’s because a half bow of rice provides 300 calories and a half bow of spinach just provides only 15 calories. Then you can eat more peas and beans to provide more energy for your body.
A professional athlete eats 6 to 8 meals per day to provide enough energy for body. I just think it’s not suitable for me, so I eat 4 meals per day only.
Here is my daily eating schedule:
- 7 a.m – breakfast
- 12 p.m – lunch
- 4 p.m – light meal
- 7.30 p.m – dinner
- 11 p.m – a small glass of wine
And these are some meals that I often take:
Breakfast : White yolk with black beans and mix vegetables
Lunch : Beef with Pinto beans and mix vegetables
Dinner : Beef, beans and mix vegetables
Rule #3 Say no with soft drinks
You can drink water, sugar free tea, green tea, sugar free coffee… as much as you want but remember to keep away from soft drinks or canned juices. You can drink a glass of wine every night to help your body to support the reducing fat more effectively.
Rule #4 Have a “freedom day” a week
You should save your Saturday as your “freedom eating day”. On this day you can eat whatever you want without caring about calories, sugar, milk or any rule that you have to follow the whole week. Some people think this day will crash their effort of the whole week but the truth is not. This “freedom day” can help you lose weight more effectively by balancing the metabolism of your body. So you don’t need to care about eating too much on this day.
