After the feeling of ejaculation decreases, often after 30 seconds, then you can continue to start intercourse again. This stop-and-start method can be repeated several times. Remember to let your partner know that you are reaching orgasm so she will help you to control the ejaculation better.
Deep breathing and relax
Breathe deeply and relax during sexual activity will help you a lot because it reduce the anxiety or stress which is the main cause of premature ejaculation.
When you start to feel like ejaculation, you should try to think of other things instead of intercourse. It may prevent you from early ejaculation too.
Press the last point of your penis
When you are about to ejaculate, you or your partner can press the last point of your penis (the midpoint of the base of your penis and anus) to prevent the sexual stimulation in order to stop ejaculating. This can be repeated over and over again until you want to ejaculate.
Wear condom
Using condoms is one of the simplest treatments of premature ejaculation. It’s not only a good contraception and a perfect way to keep you away from sexual diseases but also help you to reduce the stimulation to the penis, so that you can last longer in bed.
Cheange sexual positions
Many guys reach orgasm and ejaculate faster in traditional sex posture (male above, female below). For those who are in this case, you may last longer if you change sex posture. Changing sexual positions is not just a great way to prevent premature ejaculation but help you and your partner reaches orgasm more times in a sexual intercourse.
Pelvic muscle exercises
Pelvic muscle also involved in the process of ejaculation. This means that pelvic exercise can help you to control your premature ejaculation. Pelvic muscle exercises are very simple: “quickly clench and release the pelvic muscle repeatedly for ten seconds”. You should do three sets, with a ten seconds break between sets. If you contract your pelvic muscle when you are close to orgasm, you should be able to slow things down.
