Famous trainers Chris and Heidi Powell reveal a simple way to change your body immediately and pull the fat out of your belly. By consuming too much salt and sugar, you’re covering up your muscle by a “layer of water or a layer of fat if it’s worse”. Then, if you cut down your daily sodium to 1500 milligrams and 20 grams with sugar, your body will naturally lose water weight without sweating in the gym. Once you do it, you will see an “immediate change”. So what you need is booking a trip to the beach to show your body in a sexy bikini.
KEEP YOUR DIET CLEAN is the second steps to lose your weight in 1 week. If you want to lose your weight fast, having a fresh and clean diet is very important. It’s much happier to drink alcohol in a party than taking part in a workout class. And there will be some, no, a lot of people will try to steer you off your goal. But it depends on you, on how bad you want to change your body. To these of people, all you need is smile and say “No”.

  1. This is not true. I counted caliores from my former way of eating and then when I went on a low-carb for 6 weeks. I lost 22 and hit my goal. During that time period, I ate roughly the same amount of caliores. Granted on days, I was a couple hundred under, but on days, I was a couple hundred over. In my case, I was eating roughly the same amount. I’ve come to believe that caliores are not the deciding factor.
